Is the Barn heated or air-conditioned?
Our Barn is rustic and as such does not have insulation. As seasonal barn, we offer a heating system to help offset the cool of early spring or late fall.
What about water and bathrooms?
Included inside the barn is a three-stall women's restroom and one stall two urinal men's bathrooms with running water. We also have a prep room with a sink and running water.
Can I come to take a tour?
Of course! We are available for tours by appointment only. Give us a call or send a text to (269) 689-5633.
What's the process to book my date?
If your date is available we will send you our contract. Once we have decided on the package that best suits your day we will need a date retainer of 500.00 to hold your date. The final payment is due 90 days before your event.
Are we restricted to the type of vendors we use?
We do not have any restrictions on vendors you may use as long as they are licensed and insured. However, we do have a vendor list of some people we have personally worked with if you are in need.
Can I decorate how I want?
Your day your way. We want you to show your personal style and you may decorate however you would like. We do ask that you keep all candles battery operated, do not nail anything to our barns wood walls or railings.
Although if you would like we also offer a decor package. This means less runs to Hobby Lobby and less worry for you.
Do you offer space for the bridal party to get ready?
We do! Our Bridal suite is located in the massage studio. The suite has a coffee maker, outlets, couch, and a full bathroom.
Do you provide day-of coordination?
As part of your Barn rental, we provide assistance with anything Barn related. (Parking, bathroom maintenance, and garbage)
Do you provide decorations, linens and arches?
We have an optional package that includes these items and services let us know if this is something you are interested in and we can discuss it further.
